剛剛很開心的去買一顆一元的「地瓜球」，梅粉可以自己灑，我拿起來那罐子的時候，旁邊的人客想要阻止我，以為我擋到他，我跑去旁邊灑，撒下去後才發現想打噴嚏，是滿滿的胡椒鹽。我的地瓜球配了不少黑黑胡椒鹽...
我只好走過去換真正的梅粉，這次灑了三倍。把梅粉還過去時，我瞄到他的表情在憋笑... 然後我好好的把那兩罐的標籤排好，對齊前面
（心中吶喊，剛剛為什麼不大聲阻止我...）
看《坂本龍一 • 永恆的迴響》電影，記錄了2014年他的音樂會現場演出。後面一段演出時，他講到因為311地震，他成立了基金會扶助受災地區的居民學童，修復樂器，重新拾起音樂演奏，在地震後兩三年，這些樂器修好，團練，終於可以演出，其中許多是青少年。
許多孩子是技藝不大純熟，即使如此，他覺得音樂不總是需要完美的，重要的是演奏音樂的那顆心，會透過演奏傳遞到別人心裡，也有許多技巧很好，但聽不出來是不是音樂的狀況（大意）。
因此他每次和這些小朋友演出，總是會讓他去思考「音樂是什麼」。
